Farewell Georgia!

So, as I have left the land of Peaches (but keep in mind I only eat peaches from Cali) I have decided to make a list (shocker) of my Top 10 Georgia Memories:

10.) Living in the World of Coke-- Everything is cuter in Red! I'm gonna miss the classic style of Coca-cola in Pepsi Country... and the amazing tast of my favorite beverage... SPRITE!!!!

9.) Fall-- I have never seen a prettier place than the North GA "Mountains" in the Fall, So many Colors, So little time!
8.) Stilesboro Biscuit-- I left before I had a chance for one final visit to the wonderful breakfast joint I will always love, but if ever I come back, you can be assured that I will "Park my Biscuit" there!
7.) Harrison High School-- Yes, this one does make my list, and no, I am not insane. I considered myself an honorary Hoya from the time I moved here until I became a real one. Yes, They have cased me a few problems (Lei at Graduation, anyone?) but I will always love that school and all the wonderful people I knew there!
6.) The fact that It is interesting to be Mormon-- What will I be known by when I'm surrounded by the same :D. Trust me guys, calling "Mormon!" in Utah to get my attention will not get you anywhere :)
5.) Southern Accents-- Since my personal southern accent sounds horiible, I will miss those Southern Belles and Gentlemen that give me that Southern Fix. Also in this category-- needing translations for words that I thought I already knew, "Mas the button","buggy" and "fixin'" rank among my favorites :D
4.) Warm Lakes-- Bear Lake in Utah is one of the coldest things I have ever been in. Imagine jumping into a DQ Blizzard! When I go to the lake-- in my wetsuit-- i will miss that warm Allatoona that I have always loved, but never been able to spell
3.) Knowing how to pronounce the roads—yes, it Utah we actually use normal names for roads. Also in this category, Having three different names for the one road that I took to Church!
2.) Fourth of July at Powder Springs. As one of my most authentic Southern experiences, I don’t know what I am going to do when, at the next Fourth, no one says ma’am and ya’ll! Also in this Category—the funnel cakes I eat at that same Fourth of July! Oh, and the Peachtree Road race I do that morning!
1.)All of the wonderful people I’ve known. You have all truly changed my life and made me a better person. Thank you for that! I will miss you dearly, but please remember, You will ALWAYS be in my Heart! <3
